Feedback gevenJust went through the drive thru to order a spicy Italian. My attendant Kazzy had very poor customer service skills. Did not give me a total before being told to drive up to pay. I asked for a cup of water and she just closed the window, after she gave me the water I said thank you and she just closed the window. WOW and she barely put any condiments on my sandwich, very dry grrrr
Went through drive thru, repeated my order 3 times(it was a simple order). Got to the window, repeated it again. Got my sandwhich and was going to eat half before work and I open it up to this mess! It wasnt even cut! I couldnt go bacj to get a new one because I was already going to be late for work. I will never go to this subway ever again. Totally digusting! You really need to train your workers better!
They are currently remodeling and it is looking really nice. New sandwiches taste really good and the staff was very friendly and courteous. Definitely recommend to stop by for a quick bite, especially during lunch hours.
Ordered a 6 inch Sub, Italian Herb and Cheese which they didn?t end up having, asked for bacon on my sub when in drive tru. Came home took a bite automatically knew the bacon was raw and not even cooked. I don?t even care for the fact they didn?t have the bread I requested, but come on, uncooked meat. Also the employee was on his air pods, wonder what song he was listening to. Always loved Subway but this definitely lowered the standard.
Worst service ever ..took my order wrong not fair for the drive thru folks that get home and see the order all wrong and Cold ....
