Feedback gevenMy husband went there for breakfast last Wednesday, only to be told that they don't serve breakfast.. really, if yall don't serve breakfast then you need to change your times of operations ! or get better employees that WANT TO WORK !!!
I live nearby and love their food, but this location consistently has issues. The food is fine but customer service is always terrible. They close the dining room and lock the doors allegedly because of staffing issues, but it seems pretty random to me (I have seen it happen 4 times in the last month alone). They never bother to put a sign on the door, and this is NOT a COVID issue. A few weeks ago while eating inside, the manager was on the phone screaming at someone about a personal issue in view of customers and staff. A week ago they locked the doors while I was inside, with 4 employees on staff, and then it took 10 minutes to get one to come let me out (all while other potential customers were coming up and banging on the door)! Yesterday, the door was locked (again) so I got back in my car to go through the drive through, only to be told their computer system was down so they would not take my order. Apparently it 's too challenging to use a cell phone as a calculator, make and sell food in your fully functioning kitchen, write it down, and ring it up later when your computer comes back on line.
Excellent and quick service. Food was perfect and the store was clean. The store does need some updating. Friendly staff.
Trashiest Taco Bell I have ever been to. Very rude people!!! Maybe work on some social skills with your employees and you won't have money driving off.
The taco bell location deserved my first Google review. personal extremely rude and unprofessional! they try to get a donnerstag to 17 o'clock, but they were closed without warning. decided to order tonight, with the mobile app as we always do and when my man arrived to pick it up, he was told that they could not raise online orders. So he went away and wanted to eat somewhere else. when I realized that my card had already been charged, I called the load to find out how to get a refund. the young woman who answered, said she didn't know how to refund myself, nor did she know who I could bring back to contact about a refund. in the round it wasn't her problem. when the other employee loudly said that she was not in the mood, I replied that I was neither in the mood, I just wanted my $40 back. that's when she hanged on me. all I had to do was cancel my order on the app that she should know, and even if she hadn't, she would have apologized for the situation and reported me either to a manager or a company. customer service is not difficult. just rude!
