Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Brownwood

The service was horrible. The store trash bins were filled and napkins on the floor, but the store was empty. The food was great, but I will go somewhere else if customer service doesn't improve.

The food was wonderful the service for poor. The staff I had no people commutation atmosphere poor.

I ordered and paid for a 4-piece meal, but I only received 3 pieces of chicken.

The lady taking order was very, very, very rude through the drive-threw won't go back after that very un friendly place to spend my money highly advise other ppl to skip this place .

Quite literally the worst experience ive ever had, i pulled up 5 minutes after they opened, waited for 6 minutes at the speaker until i called to see if they were open. the lady who answered the phone was very aggressive and just told me to come inside since they dont have their headset on. i told her i cant due to having my dog with me then she proceeded to say the exact same thing again but more aggressive. i once again told her i cant and she then hung up. i pulled forward to the window hoping i could just order there instead. sat there for another 4 minutes before leaving. theres plenty of chicken food places in this town that the service i received will make me never go back there.
