Cafe Delight - Broxbourne

The service was incredible, the food was delicious, and the staff was very friendly.

The breakfast at this restaurant may be a bit pricey for a standard meal, but that seems to be the norm nowadays. The presentation was very nice, and the wait time was not excessive.

Lovely foodwas my first time here and won't be my last

After being a regular customer, an order online was cancelled due to them saying they were too busy to deliver. I called to say I would collect but I was unable to due to my daughter becoming ill which I explained to the worker. Lady/owner phoned my mobile shouting that I was disrespectful and she doesn't care that I'm a longstanding customer. No problems with the food but that level of customer service is unacceptable and let down what I previously considered to be a nice cafe. Disappointing!
