Feedback gevenThe customer service at this restaurant is appalling. While the chef and waiter are fine, the experience is ruined by the unfriendly hostess who has caused me to leave without being seated on multiple occasions.
The service at this restaurant was quite slow, as the workers threw the bowl onto the table after I said thank you. However, the food was delicious.
I have visited this Nando's location at least five times in the past year, and every time there has been a 15-20 minute wait. Last night, a young man informed us that there would be a 20 minute wait, but he did not take our name. After waiting for 30 minutes, we noticed that others who arrived after us were being seated. When we asked another employee what was happening, she requested our names, which we had not been asked for previously. She then said, "Okay, I'll seat you now," without offering a smile, customer service skills, or an apology for the confusion. I understand that this is Nando's, but a simple smile next time would make a difference. It felt as though we were being treated as the problem for your employee not following the correct process.
Thank kayley for you and yours teams great service. Sad I didn’t get any pineapple on this occasion but loved the cake.
