I'm going here regularly. the animals are varied, very favorable and well kept. they don't have to wait long to be served. the employees are hard working and friendly. the disabled toilet is dirty. the floor often has urin on the floor. the toilet does not rinse easily, so it is full of toilet paper. it is not locked, so everyone can use it. there are often no heating. the ventilation openings above the rod blow cold air. Although the tables are wiped off, the floors often have food waste. children are allowed to walk around the pub without any attention. mainly the faults of the parents, but the personal switch a blind eye. in general it must be better.

I often visit this restaurant and believe that they are skilled at what they do. Their fish and chips are consistently excellent and their breakfasts are good as well. However, I recently ordered a rare Sirloin steak and found it to be full of tough gristle. I had previously enjoyed it as part of a mixed grill, so this was disappointing. When I brought it to their attention, they explained that they could not offer me another steak because it is the nature of that cut. I received a free drink as compensation, but I believe this was a result of misinformation or a training issue. Thank you for taking this feedback into consideration.
