Reflections Cafe At Attenborough Nature Reserve

My experience at this restaurant was enjoyable. We ordered a cake and a hot drink, both of which were homemade and delicious. The staff was friendly, although the restaurant was quite cold - I'm not sure if the heating was working. The hot chocolate was especially tasty. We felt cozy and warm inside, as it was a rainy winter day.

We visited this restaurant for drinks and food. The service was extremely slow. The staff was all very friendly, but they may benefit from further training or having more than one person take orders.

The venue is beautifully relaxing, perfect after a long walk. We decided to stop at the cafe for a takeaway coffee. The staff were a bit intimidating. Upon entering, we were instructed to fill out the "track and trace" form. As we waited for our coffee, which was served without sugar, sweetener, or stirrers, we had to wait until they were done with the espresso machine before they finally mustered up the courage to ask about our dissatisfaction with the lack of access to the toilets.

Our waitress, I noticed my wife, must be brain dead. I ordered the big bottle orange juice, then we asked to add a package of cramps. the order, she then said they would like to have any drinks, I answered that they just took the beverage order, I have orange juice, yes and disappeared to get the Visa Card reader, they gave me a bill, I paid and disappeared. the manager ran like a headless chicken around no face mask, no suitable apron or other just a dirty fleece, which makes up submissions about tables with food photos hygiene practice zero and not a more pleasant man at all quite blunt and rude to times with his back in my face while talking to other customers. precautions, good lip service only in many respects as its hygiene practice. thunfish melting could have been quite pleasant to most other workers

We had coffee and cake on the lakeside both were delicious and the cafe is very covid aware with every precaution taken. Shop has some lovely cards etc for sale.
