Tesco Cafe - Broxtowe

I absolutely adore this Tesco branch. I accidentally dropped my house keys, but thanks to my Tesco Club card, they were able to mail them back to me. Their customer service is top-notch. I have never encountered any issues and they always assist me promptly. The bathrooms are consistently clean, which is important for someone with a toddler and a newborn. I find myself in there quite frequently!

This restaurant is convenient for quick meals but there are not enough seats. It's impossible to bring a child's car seat inside.

The café is decent. It's always crowded, which can sometimes result in tables being dirty if customers don't clean up after themselves.

Service is extremely slow. Staff preparing food not wearing PPE or washing hands. Carrying burgers and sandwiches in her hands from the back round to the front of the counter. Staff shouting at each other to do jobs. Service was so slow

Good location. ample parking. Light and well appointed. Coffee good. Staff friendly and helpful. Will definitely go again.
