Bistro Zwart Huis - Brugge

We werden goed ontvangen en hebben lekker gegeten. Het personeel deed heel erg hun best, toch ze waren duidelijk onderbemand. Ondanks de grote drukte bleven zij heel vriendelijk.

The bistro is so beautifull! Everything is perfect, such a nice vibe. The music, the decoration, the food and the people that work there are so friendly! And not expensive

Rude staff, vegetarian options are grim, and they are cash only... because the machine takes a half hour.

Likely our best meal in Belgium! The Waterzooi was phenomenal full of delicious seafood (fish, shrimp, scallops) in a delicious broth/gravy. We also had the puff pastry salmon, also super tasty the pastry was light, crisp, and didn't get soggy in the sauce. Wonderful experience we will be back when we visit Belgium in the future!
