Bones - Brugge Centrum

The ribs at this restaurant are huge. We were lucky to find a table on a busy Saturday night without a reservation since most other places were fully booked. The ribs and potatoes are all-you-can-eat, but the first serving is substantial. The price is very reasonable compared to other restaurants in Bruges. The spiced ribs were a bit salty, but the sweet ribs were delicious.

Wow.... these are the best ribs I have tasted in a long time! They were meaty and packed with flavor. Not only that, but the food came out with the drinks, which I have never experienced at a restaurant before.

We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! Despite not having a reservation, the staff was able to accommodate our party of four for my nephew's birthday dinner. They were incredibly friendly and attentive. My nephew's ribs even came with a special presentation of fireworks! The food was absolutely delicious and we left completely satisfied. This place is truly a hidden gem!

Welcoming and friendly staff that accommodated us despite not having a reservation (restaurant was full). The ribs were juicy and tasty (served at perfect temperature) and accompanied by a delicious giant baked potato and a small portion of coleslaw. Only one minor point was that the tables were too close to each other (the sofa ones), so felt a bit packed and with no room for private conversations!

Spare ribs very good. We had a satisfied lunch based on spare ribs and good beer as well during our one journey trip in Bruges as vacation. Staff was very kind and available for all needs. We took other half spare ribs each. These were served with jack potato and salads. Very good pit stop to eat meat of steack in Bruges!
