Trattoria Al Ponte - BRUGINE

We stopped here for lunch on our way from Fosdinovo to Soave. The restaurant is conveniently located in just a kilometer from the highway. The restaurant was full of people. The food was excellent. They even took the time to decorate the dishes! It was asparagus season, so we took the opportunity to order it. Very good place! Recommended!

It was late and we wanted a bite to eat before heading back to our hotel. We came across Bar Trattoria al Ponte. The service was really slow. Slow to order, slow to get our food and slow to pay our bill. I'm used to slow when on holidays, but this was pushing it. You have to ask for the house wine. It's not listed on the menu or wine menu. There is a reason you shouldn't order pasta in Venice. The Bolognese and tagliatelle pomodori secc were mediocre at best. Be aware of the coperto for a table.
