Good Dunkin location, coffee came out as ordered, friendly

Always order online but still they do a great job ?

Sometimes this place can be ok but most of time they never listen. Today I order 2 drinks for my kids with whip cream and as always they never put whip cream on them and I order 2 frozen Carmel coffees and no Carmel just regular coffee and I ordered dozen donuts no creams or jelly filled and they gave me almost all jelly and creams. Which my kids and I don't eat so they all going to trash. I realized when I got home and was not going back out. I also asked if a bunch could have sprinkles for my kids and only 1 had them. The wait time was also very long and the boss in charge seem annoyed to help me with my gift card issue. I guess it depends on the day you go there but almost every time I go they never listen to anything I order. I spent over $30 there today

I was having a really rough night and needed a pick me up drinks, it was super late around 7 on the 22nd so I knew it was a hassle to do my drinks, but they didn't seem bothered at all. I'm very thankful they were so kind and helpful, it made my night.

This is a hit or miss dunkin' donuts sometimes you get really good service other times you get people that seem like they don't even really care if they give you the wrong orders burnt food and you wait in line forever they act very put out depending on who's working they have very nice employees and they got really horrible employeesParking: The parking lot just happened to be very cold that day probably due to the fact that the workers that were in there for screwing up everybody's ordersWheelchair accessibility: Great
