Kyoto Express - Brunswick

I ordered the combo of huli huli chicken and steak, but they forgot to include the steak. The portion of huli huli chicken was very small. I recommend trying TNT Teriyaki in Kingsland instead, as they offer bigger portions for a lower price and the food tastes much fresher.

I phoned to place an order, and the website said they offered delivery, which is helpful for someone with a disability who may have difficulty going out. However, when I called, they informed me that they don't do delivery and claimed they didn't have a website. They were rude and hung up on me, so I have no intention of dining there again. I used to enjoy eating there before I became disabled, and I was shocked by how poorly they treated me over the phone. This experience will influence others who are considering dining there, based on their treatment of disabled customers.

I'm not sure why it took so long to receive just two simple items. I ordered a junior chicken dish and a Kyoto roll sushi. There were no customers ahead of me and only a few other patrons in the restaurant who had already been served their meals.

Have eaten here several times. The steak is always good and tasty! Also, the side of broccoli is a sure thing. The people are always nice. 4 stars because they are a little pricey compared to others.
