Mcdonald's - Brunswick

I went to the grill tonight (April 8, 2022) and ordered a triple cheeseburger with bacon. It had been a while since I last ate at McDonald's. I was pleasantly surprised to not only satisfy my hunger but to actually enjoy the burger. It was delicious and looked just like the picture. Thank you.

The young woman with short, dark hair who reminded me of Michael Jackson at the drive-thru called my friend and me a derogatory term and took a while to give us our food. She was reluctant to start our order, and the service was noticeably slow. To make matters worse, they forgot to add bacon to our sandwiches. It's frustrating, especially considering the expectations of higher wages for this type of service.

Every time I visit this restaurant, it seems to be the worst McDonald's in the area. They always seem to forget something in my order. I think they need to increase the minimum wage to $8 to improve the service.

This is my quarter..we are the meat? looks like a burger meat and my frits cold and boil. medina mcdonald’s eating has gone away.

Lately my orders are always off. They forget to give sauce for the nuggets, the fries are missing, cheeseburgers instead of hamburgers. Today I paid $3.69 for a oreo mcflurry that was barely half full. The price is outrageous as it is. You can at least fill the small cup up. And the customer service, like most places these days, is garbage. If I have to drive 10 minutes there and 10 minutes back home because my order was wrong a sorry doesn't cut it. I pay for my order and like anyone else, my time is worth something. Do better.
