This was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the relaxed, southern hospitality of the ssi. the room was so comfortable and clean, we wanted to stay longer! the pub was super, and mike made us feel like family. the badges in the rooms are a fall. when they put it on and stand around like a license, there is no way to check it without buying one to take home! we will definitely be back for a longer stay!
I didn't know what to expect. the booking of a room was super simple. here was great! room was so comfortable. lage was perfect! the bar. mike made our whole trip! fire place when it is cold. I can't wait to stay here.
Beautiful quiet and clean accommodations near the city. we appreciate the breakfast and free drink in the pub. also the room cleaning brought new care products with the daily room cleaning.
I stayed here midweek off-season. So, there were few guests and no activities. Perfect for my needs and a great deal! Reception is an office directly in front of the front door through a small bar area. Saying this because it took me a second to figure out where to go. I was given a continental breakfast menu to turn in by 9pm to retrieve items in the morning to take back to my room as the breakfast area isn't open yet, due to Covid. They have an amazing coffee machine that will prepare pretty much anything you could want. My room (Redfern) on the first floor through the courtyard behind reception, was lovely and inviting. There were 2 walls filled with shuttered windows. In the daytime with shutters open, it's nice and bright. At night, with the shutters closed, it's dark and cozy. The air conditioning is a ducted split system (not a typical hotel through wall ptac). It is very quiet! The bathroom is small, but adequate. The provided robes are heavy cotton and elevate the experience. The bed is soft and bouncy, may need replacing. The pillows are numerous, but all are flat polyester, definitely need an upgrade to some fluffy pillows. I recommend this Inn as a boutique style motel near the village, pier, restaurants and shops. It is an inviting place to recover for the next day of fun.
