Feedback gevenMy sandwich was fixed the way I like and the service was
Worse experience ever. Told the Manager, Tara not to put the black roast beef on my sandwich. She said it was fine. Told her I didn't want it on my sandwich, she put it on anyways. Got home. Roast beef was burned ends. Awful. Had to take it back. 20 more minutes in line to remake my sandwich. Then Tara,the Manager, had to call Charles the owner to give me another sandwich. Ask for my sandwich several times to get back to work. No. Held my sandwich hostage for another 20 minutes. One hour and no lunch. Crazy. Worse subway in the whole world and horrible employees. Makes no sense.
Worst possible experience ever from a Subway Restaurant. Ordered and paid for delivery through the Subway website. Never got my order, and they didn't refund my money. The 2 workers I spoke with on the phone were less than helpful. They were CLUELESS on how to help me, or even process a refund.
Make you go you know. And not in a enjoyable way. No bueno. I guess every sub sandwich restaraunt will do that now. Stay clear.
Clean, updated Subway with friendly staff and good food.
