Unfortunately the owner is probably losing lots of money due to the staffing. They are unfamiliar with their own menus and the cashier looks baked on pot drooling. And the cook is just pacing back and forth not even making orders. Why put money into a business if employees driving away customers.
We stood in line for 20-25 minutes while we watched the cooks assist the cashier with orders. Ten people waiting in line and finally the line starts to live and they CLOSED in our FACE. The Cashier was incompetent and slow and the cooks were all over the place. Customer service was at an all time ZERO.???????????????????
Employees are always very slow and unhappy. Nobody is standing in the workspace, sometimes I think it is closed, they are always in the back area. After placing the order, it takes a long time for them to start the order. and sometimes it takes time for them to give it to me even though my order is ready.
I ordered a philly cheese steak. When I take it back home, I realized the bread has mold! There weren’t a lot customers when I waited my order. Very furious.
