Excellent! Beer dishes are delicious, exquisite presentation and super nice team. Beers are brewed with taste and my heart was dessert, with the stout ice cream, superb.

We had a very good night. Everything was delicious. Excellent home, impeccable service and very nice team. And brewed beers on the spot are very good. The concept 'Brassonomie' is that each course contains at least one ingredient that enters the composition of the beer. The result is impeccable. If I removed a star, it's just that I found a shame that the waitress (who was very nice all night) insists as much as we take wine. Every time we had finished our beer, she came back for wine. While the restaurant concept is still more based on beer... Otherwise, I recommend this great restaurant.
Not being the biggest beer amateur, I never dared to book because the place wants to mix beer and gastronomy. It was a big mistake and I do not regret having changed my mind! Even wine lovers will be conquered by the place. We will explain the concept on site. Indeed, each dish has a touch/note of beer and it marries perfectly with the rest, free to consume beer (she is brewed on site!!! or wine during the meal. The winch is really charming, we're either too much or too little it's perfect. I loved all the dishes that were served to us (the menu 3 SERVICES during this period being ENTER: Maatjes, Pasteque, tomato, barley grass vinaigrette EN PLAT Contre-filet Black Angus, Echalote Juice, Santana and miso and EN DESSERT Strawberry leaves, Cheek with barley and oatmeal.
