Baked Or Fried - Bryan

Ordered chicken fried steak potato. Menu said it came with gravy. Delivery did. NOt have it . And they don?t answer their phone when i call. I am so tired of businesses they pay. NO attention to the the product they sell. My experience isbusinesses don't respond to poor reviews. I post it so a prospective customer can thunk twice before ordering from them

The staff was incredibly kind and attentive. The prices were excellent, and the potatoes we ordered were delicious.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant due to poor customer service and unsanitary conditions. I found several hairs, presumably from the cook, in multiple potatoes. The staff and manager have a reputation for being confrontational with customers over minor issues like requests for extra ranch or long wait times. For instance, I was given a 20-minute wait estimate but ended up waiting half an hour, only to find out my potatoes weren’t even out of the oven yet, making me late for work. There was no apology or any effort to rectify the situation. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, the manager abruptly came from the back, opened the register, handed me cash (despite my paying with a card), and told me to leave. I recommend avoiding this place.
