Feedback gevenI stopped for lunch after my jury service. As the drive thru line as long, I parked and went inside to eat. I did not have to wait long for my meal. The atmosphere was pleasant. I appreciated the efforts by the customer service staff to wipe down each table with clean individual wipes as soon as the customers finished and left a table. As a result, I was confident that the table I chose to eat my meal was clean.
We ordered via the app for dine in. Once our food was delivered to our table, we noticed the kid’s meal was missing the French fry. I waiting at the side counter, making eye contact with several employees to attempt to get their attention. After five minutes of waiting and no attempt made by an employee and two managers behind the counter, I got in the order line. The young man working the register was the only helpful person working and I finally got my child’s fries. Before leaving, we wanted a refill of our drink. Again, i waited at the side counter with many passes made by employees and no acknowledgment that I was wanting something. I got back into the order line and was taken care of.I try my best to be a positive reviewer. But knowing Chick-fil-A and what they are, I’m disappointed in this visit.
This location always messes up my order. No matter how many times you tell them or even do a mobile order, next time I’ll just go to wings n more.
Love coming here for lunch except when it’s rainy or cold.
