La Carreta Mexican Grill - Bryan

I often go for breakfast, and I absolutely love the Migas plate – it's my go-to order every time! Unfortunately, they no longer serve Coca-Cola from the fountain or sell it in glass bottles. Their fountain Diet Coke used to be the best in the city for some reason. But aside from the lack of Coca-Cola options, there’s still plenty of space to enjoy a Migas taco in the morning!

It's definitely worth relocating to Bryan, Texas. This place is a fantastic local favorite!

This is a charming little Mexican restaurant with a welcoming atmosphere. I visited for breakfast on the weekend, and everything was delicious. They serve fresh chips along with two types of salsa when you arrive. The house-style salsa was a bit too watery for my liking, but the traditional red salsa was excellent. I ordered two potato and egg tacos with some extras. These tacos were quite large, and honestly, one would have been enough, but I ended up eating both. The food is simple, fresh, and homemade. I highly recommend it!
