Feedback gevenI'm a big pizza hat fan! But “THIS” Papa John’s location “NORTH TEXAS AVE” puts the pizza hat is in this area to SHAME! I always place my order online for delivery! My order is always correct, ON TIME, HOT, FRESH! The staff is so sweet! The young lady who makes deliveries always calls to let me know that she has come per my request. You can't go wrong with this place! Amazing pizza Amazing people! Service with a smile!!!!
I have placed an order online and then called the location directly after changes to my order. No one answered twice. When I finally picked up my order, I asked her if the number I chose was the right one? The girl on the counter replied no. After I found a brochure with her number and showed it to her, she reacts with “oh yeah it is our number, but our phone has not even ranked” Well, it seemed like the phones were unrequested. You lost a customer. This was my first purchase from this site and as a customer I was not satisfied. I hope your location manager gets the employees in a better way. I was taught that no matter what I'm doing, it's doing well. Apparently not those people.
This site provided the most serious customer service I have ever experienced. And from the manager! My husband and I ordered pizza for the family, and 45 minutes later (The delivery time said 30) came the first pizza. I wasn't terribly disturbed by the long waiting period the first time, but the pizza was completely wrong. I called the store right away and everything I wanted was the right pizza. I didn't ask for a refund or something, but the manager was super rude and short with me independent. After 20 questions why the pizza was wrong, she said she would send another pizza and we would have to return the original pizza. It's not like we could eat the original while we waited. After we had waited another HOUR after the call and let them know that the pizza was wrong, we hadn't heard anything yet, so I called again and pressed how disappointing it was. It would be different if we didn't have to return the pizza, there was any discount, voucher literally ANYTHING. The manager was again very rude, and instead of offering any solution, she simply asked if I wanted to cancel the order and eat the pizza that sat for an hour for which we paid the full price. I understand places are busy. I wouldn't even be upset if the management wasn't that incredibly rude. It's been an hour ago when I type this post. No pizza yet.
Sad I work at this place and it wasn't so bad! What happens to big pizza Papa Johns? I placed an order online to pick up and the door was locked upon arrival to the place. Finally, someone came and unlocked the door. She gave me a pizza and it looked sad. I didn't order a big medium, so I ask her to get the pizza back. Please train them better! It won't be back.
I would review the place better, except I can't even seem to eat here! I have lived in this area for roughly 6 months, and have attempted to order pizza from here at least 4 separate times. Immediately after placing my order, i get a call from a worker at the property informing me that they don't have a delivery driver, always with a different excuse. Sometimes the driver has a flat tier, other times the driver just never showed up. I would be more understanding if this happened 1 or 2 times, but every time I have tried ordering form this place? And, if you choose to pay with your card and end up having to cancel the delivery, you must then wait for a refund. I have learned my lesson and will never order from this Papa John's again!
