Poor service! Placed online order for 3:10pm, entered the store at 3:08pm , waited politely for my order. The two guys at the counter didn?t ask if I was there for an order, talked aloud inappropriately about folks, and weren?t hustling to make thealready paid for online orders. Finally at 3:40pm they told me my order was ready, I checked it and my cookie wasn?t in there.The two employees clearly don?t care about proper customer service. I will say that the sandwiches were actually correct, hencethe two star instead of one. Won?t be back to that store.
Avoid this subway, just go across the bridge and eat at the one inside Pilot. Just had the employees argue with me about what was on a Subway Melt while I'm showing them the website that shows the ingredients. Smdh
I ordered a southwest wrap and requested spinach wrap. I came home to this. Looks like an overstuffed burrito and tortilla is definitely not spinach. Y?all need to train your staff. This is disgusting
Yesterday my husband and I went into this Subway only to leave without ordering. The employee that helped the customer before us did not change his gloves after touching the customers sandwich order, cash register, and his money. It?s really unsanitary totouch money and immediately make a customer?s sandwich with the same gloves. We didn?t ask him to change his gloves because ifhe didn?t already know better than to do that when preparing food?
