Feedback gevenOrdered a meatball sub and there's a ton of lettuce all over and inside the sub. Probably from the employee not cleaning their gloves off after making a previous sandwich. Really gross.
I went in there and was ordering the BMT which is pepperoni and salami and ham so the lady (coworker or manager) I said no pepperoni please and she said you have to get that on there I said no I just came over here one day ago and I didn’t have to get that, she was very rude and nasty and wouldn’t take my coupon either so don’t go to that subway very bad service!!!!!! Will not return
In keeping with my recent series of sandwich chain restaurant reviews, I found myself at Subway during the halfway mark of my road trip. Having not had subway in a few years I was unsure what to expect in terms of quality but certainly had a solid frame of reference given my recent chowings down at Jimmy John 's, Jersey Mikes, Fire House Subs, and Earle of Sandwich. Let 's start with the positives. The restaurant appeared to have a recent remodel and was overall clean on the inside. The bathroom however was disgusting. Now let 's talk about the neutrals. As I 'm sure many are aware, Subway is a restaurant that requires quite a bit of communion between the sandwich craftsman and the customer. This being the case, I found it very difficult to place my order as the employee who made my sandwich refused to speak above a faint whisper. After finally deciphering the whispers, I walked away from the counter 6 inch Italian BMT in hand and sat down for a bite. Overall, the sandwich was fine. Not bad but nothing to write home about. I feel for a location whose tag line is (or at least used to be) eat fresh the ingredients certainly could 've been fresher. Additionally, I feel that they slightly skimped on the meat. Aside from that I have no major complaints however, given the vast array of fast food sandwich restaurants nowadays; I can 't see myself going back to subway if other opinions are available to me.
Not sure how you get the order wrong when it was ordered on a kiosk… but ya did. Thanks for fixing it though.
I ordered a 6 in #4...as employee was cutting a 12 in, I reminded her I only ordered 6 inch. She ask what I wanted on it... I told her items I wanted, and then after 3 small slivers of onion, I ask for a few more. She said No! That 's all you get, I said, put them on the side, and I would pay for them. She again said no. Can 't do that either.I will not go back! I will definitely go back to FIREHOUSE SUBS!POOR SERVICE AND RUDE!!
