Feedback gevenStrangest Subway I've been in. I ordered a vegetable 6 and had to ask for more vegetables for each vegetable I ordered. The guy (who was a little creepy) also put a half a slice of provolone cheese on my bread. When I asked for more, he said 50 cents. I just looked at him and asked him to put more on. He handed my sandwich to the cashier and said something in another language. They get two stars only because it was clean and what little was on the bread was fresh. Customer service gets zero stars. ????
If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered via the online app a footlong subway with free chips. The free chips showed clearly on my order. However, on collecting the order they stated there was no evidence of free chips and implied that I was lying. To make matters worse, I have complained to Subway and received an obvious 'standard ' reply from the Franchisee which also implied it was my problem, not theirs. Appalling Customer Service
