Brasserie Cotroceni - Bucharest

Nothing special about it except the bad service. The waiters would bring you something different.

It was recommended to me, and if you go in, the first impression is good. New restaurant, Italian cuisine, looks clean, menu looks pretty comprehensive. But it stopped here... The restaurant was empty (lunch time), the waitress who served us was not in the rush to take the order. It didn't seem in a hurry. I ordered a starter from Bresaola with rocket and parmesan. When I got it, there was no parmesan and I was told there was no one at all. I was told that the delivery people didn't bring anything. You could understand this if at least the waiter (in this case the guard) seems to be harassed, an apology, a free drink, everything offers. What bothered me and my customers most was the fact that our waitress did not seem to care. No parmesan, what's going on? It's part of the record, but still no big thing, no excuse. We had a risotto for main, had to have it without Parmesan. When we asked about the Dessert menu, instead of bringing it to us, we were told some of the things that on it only half would not be available. During lunch with only 2 3 tables... Didn't ask why. Of course, we will not return there.

The place looks good, but the service is bad. The prices are not so high, but the portions are small and not so delicious. Inside is a little cold. I wouldn't come back. Also I order turkey breast and I got regular chicken breast... I wouldn't cause a scene, but that doesn't show any respect for the client.

This is a completely new entry into the city scene. It is somehow from the well-known properties, but this does not exclude running well and offering a very decent atmosphere. The menu is diversified, but unfortunately, at... the time of our visit, they were not able to contain all the elements that it contains. We also found a good wine. The service was professional, although there was only one waiter. Prices are not low.
