Feedback gevenTwo days ago, I went to Victoriei Metro with my friends. When I entered the fast food, I knew we had chosen the wrong place to eat. The first thing I saw was that the two ladies who made sandwiches only wore a glove, but they used both hands to prepare the food. Not to mention that they did not wear their masks properly and increased the possibility of COVID19 spreading. I waited about 15 minutes in the line, even there were only two people in front of me. When they finally decided to ask me what I wanted to order, the lady who prepared the sandwiches spoke with me rudely. When I waited for my food to be prepared, the phone and the woman who made my food rushed to answer what slows a lack of professionalism. I also had the “honor” to help another event that showed the staff the lack of respect for customers: as I waited to pay for my food, a customer ordered an ice cream coffee and the one of the ladies gave him a cup and told him that he went to the ice machine and poured some ice cream himself. Imagine going to a restaurant and being told to prepare your own drink. Anyway, the machine didn't work, so the customer said that one of the ladies who prepared my food. Not only did I wait 30 minutes to prepare a sandwich, but also left the woman what she did for another customer. What a lack of respect! After I paid, I went out to eat. I was amazed to see my fries were cold. Also I didn't get napkins. I had such a terrible experience here!
I came in the subway to take away some sandwiches, and I met the same courtesy of the staff all the time.
When we visited in September 2019, the building was empty and the name of the subway was gone. Only the green color was still there. We bought a good sandwich (Luca) and coffee next door from Covata cu Bunătăţi.
It's not so cheap it's about going rate for a subway but my son wanted one after Travelzoo big around Eastern Europe for 3 weeks so worth 4 stars but no different to any other subway or price
I have been to this place three times before deciding to never return. The quality of the food is not bad, but every time I found surly, rude and disrespectful staff. For those who do not speak Romanian is difficult to understand which are the...ingredients of the sandwiches. And the guys that work there are far from available to give explanations, because they are always in a hurry even if the room is empty. It's like someone forced them to stay there. People sense it and don't like it at all!!! Next time for a more peaceful dining, I'll go elsewhere. Fortunately the city is large and there are many possibilities. BYE!!!
