Feedback gevenThis was by far the worst Wendy's experience I have ever had and that includes the time I was served raw chicken. We waited in the drive thru for about 10 mins without moving so we got out of line by circling the building. By the time we parked 5 cars in line had left the restaurant, we assume they followed our lead. Then we went inside and there were about 6 employees running around like chickens with their heads cut off. The smell of the restaurant was nauseating, we couldn't figure out what it was, but it gave me a headache and I wanted to throw up. Then we waited for another 15 mins to order with just one family of 4 in front of us. We got our food in about another 5-10 mins. It was bad. It tasted off it looked off. The texture of our chicken just wasn't right. Two of us couldn't eat our meals they were so bad. We just got out of there as fast as possible, we all were feeling sick, and figured it would be a waste of time waiting to talk to someone. Side note they appeared to be out of so many things. The menu had stickers on it saying they didn't have stuff. Other items we asked for they didn't have. Plus the station with the napkins and lids was half to three quarters empty of everything.
Went there a couple weeks ago. Hadn't been there for a year,but was mad at Jack n the Box for getting my order wrong recently. I ordered the Bourbon bacon burger, 4miles later at home discovered they only gave me a regular bacon burger. Dissapointed but hungry so I ate it. Not much bacon, sloppy thrown together burger !
Out of ketchup as well as salt and some soft drinks were, apparently, empty. Cashier had no idea what a senior discount is, so my step mom got charged full price. The kids working were friendly they're just not trained well. Evidently, the person in charge of ordering ketchup, salt, pop, and other things either has no clue what they're doing, or isn't making sure they're stocked up for customers.
The people working here act like taking orders and serving fast food is akin to a stock market trading floor but without any of the execution. They run around looking frazzled but never take orders or serve food. It seems as though they ignore the customers waiting in line and take 5 drive thru orders before they take one in-store order. Though, the drive through could be just as bad. I just ordered my food after waiting in line for ONE HOUR! (At a fast food place! And there at least 8 employees back there. They apologize but there is no reason why they serve so slowly. Don't go here!
