Roz Cafe - București

Roggen Cafe it opened for a few quite accros the street of Sir Complex. It always had very large portions and food quality has very good and prices quite low. We've been eating here for years and never had any problems with our food. We've always been happy and we've eaten regularly since we live in the neighborhood. The only drawback was the terace that was very loud because it was right on the boulevard and there is nothing they can do. It was always full of people. Now, recently expanded (they bought a shop directly nearby) and expanded the restaurant. So the terace is now double, inside it has also doubled. But the prices rose to the roof and the food quality was 't mainained as before! Food is not so well prepared or even poorly prepared, burned etc. When trying to talk to the waiter, go to the kitten with the plate and show them how burned the fish was, the answer of the cook was that it did not burn, waiters did not come with a solution. It was like: Take it or leave it. Usually, if a customer upsets it, try to do something: They do not charge the court, give them a free desert or drink something. He just came back with the court, left it on the table and just said, cook says fish is not burned. And the worst part is that nobody cares. The terace is full, within its half full, and with the price expansion the profit clearly increased. We went a few times after the renovation in the restaurant and always had a problem with the food, most of the time something burned (meat, omelet, fish etc.), food is not as fresh and taste not as good as before. I don't want to go here anymore, not even for a drink!

This restaurant has recently been renovated. I wish it wasn't. Before renovation, the restaurant was small, it had stinking bugs around the light bulbs, decent food, decent staff and decent prices. After four months of renovation, the restaurant is twice as large, double the stinking bugs, bad food, very unprofessional and bad staff and of course increased prices that are completely unjustified. Not at all recommend this restaurant.

If you're in the neighbor and want to go somewhere nearby, it's nice here. Pro's: Chill, if you stay on the terrace Con's: lots of traffic superficial staff

I love Roz Cafe , a big variety of food , good prices and good serving. The food taste great and de portions are big. You will find here romanian food , italian food , burgers etc

It's a pretty simple place to hang around with friends. It becomes loud on the terrace because it is located near the road. It has beautiful frappes
