A few years ago it was one of the best tea houses I knew, but over the time the service quality and the atmosphere declined, the decor it's not very original and pretty often you will not find everything that is written in the menu...In the summer you will find it more enjoyable, because of the pretty garden, friendly cat and fresh lemonade.
Went to Serendipity looking for a cosy place, based on Facebook/TripAdvisor reviews...but i was a bit surprised as the place is not very cosy; small stools for a few tables and some small couches are a bit too crowded and you can hear all conversations around you; the menu has very nice descriptions for the wide variety of teas but the time we waited to place the order and being served, plus the fact that inside the was temperature was low enough to make our feet cold made this a "one time only" experience as we decided we will never return. NB - i forgot my phone on the table and i thank the lady who served us for putting it safe till i went back to take it.
God music, chillout place, various tee, nice courtyard and location. It has a cozy court in a beautiful mansion area.
The gardin it s very, very nice, the music it s good but it s not a place where to eat. I was in november and inside was waay too cold, almost like outside. The food it s overpriced, not tasty and the food(carbonara pasta) was decorated with a loooot of peper.
