Feedback gevenThey have gone for years for the slider to arby who are delicious. but today I ordered two chicken sleds with extra cheese. After I got the order, it was clear that they left the extra cheese. no big thing, I was still in the car thru when my wife checked the bag, so she got the worker's attention and told him they should be extra cheese and asked only for the pieces of cheese so they don't make any new slides. after the worker asked what I suspect was a manager for the cheese, she reacted with her put extra on her when my wife showed the bag, the worker on the window only repeated that she said they put extra on her bear in the understood that I ordered countless paints before and got my extra cheese on the other side of the bungalow, there was definitiw no additional cheese on both. is the two additional pieces of cheese that I paid for a good reason, my wife too embarrassing and they call a sinner in the drive thru. I don't think the customer is right. I'm very disrespected.
Five dollar paid for the Marinara sauce because they forget my six piece mozzarella stick. was not even busy, they forgot. I wouldn't be upset if I hadn't been working with these people before, and I know they made it out of rottenness.
It's as if the staff lacks enthusiasm and friendliness. Oh please know, that there have been a few who seem to care about the customers and doing their job above and beyond, but for the most part our Arby's is not as amazing as it once was. I'm sorry.
The only real problem is that I ordered no lettuce on my chicken sandwich and they gave me extra lettuce instead.?
I have yet to have a bad meal here and we have been coming here for years! The staff are always nice, the food hot and it tastes fresh. It's our favorite stop in our travels.
