Little Caesars Pizza - Bucyrus

They had 3 people working, and a 4th was kicked out, they were so busy that we waited 30 minutes or more for 3 pizzas I honestly think you need more people working then 3 people was crazy

It is a cheap pizza place, but could definitely improve customer service.

The staff was very friendly. In any case, something could change. Pizza was made fresh and was hot and looked great. Tasteful! That was our first pizza from Bucyrus and it was perfect! Great work to the employees.

Last time I was there, I waited for a pizza that is usually ready in warmth. When I got the pizza home, they didn't even cut it... who does that? No more. They were either muddled or just a little staff or both. And the bad attitude of the staff really shows. Oh, and do not expect any kind of compensation for your inconvenience. This seems to be the same in the food industry today!!

Before I rate this, little caesars is cheap pizza?I didnt expect much but I need to lower my expectations to less than zero if I ever want to eat at the Bucyrus location again. The online app has been down for months so you can only call but when I walked in, with my phone calling them for 20 minutes, no one would answer it. I had to wait forever for someone to come up front to take my order and when I got it, the dough was underdone as if it only went through the oven halfway. The employees looked like they were homeless and the store looked like a scene out of kitchen nightmares. Before anyone can say maybe they were busy?.no it was about 3 on a weekday and the employees were socializing while doing prep. They looked right at me without acknowledging that i was there until they were done with their conversation. I was GM for a pizza restaurant for 23 years and this was bar none the worst run pizza restaurant I have ever seen.
