Tim Hortons - Bucyrus

All about tim hortons is delicious. the only reason why it gets a 4/5 is the service we have received was not really good. they have put our order twice. eating and the coffee was great.

Staff friendliness is definitely getting better but orders are still getting messed up. Ordered double shot of espresso over ice got one shot no ice.

Usually have good experiences with tim Hortons in other towns but everytime I come to this one the staffis always rude and treat me horribly. Won't be coming back here again

I went to this place at 3 different locations at 3 different times and not even they had provided one of their regular menu items. the last time I left, it was 1 o'clock and the drive by the worker said, "we are actually out of broth." it is 1 on a Sunday and they can not have any of their sandwich items. I'm just writing this because this place didn't even make me a sandwich, because they were from the ingredients. I understand that this has nothing to do with regular employees, but whoever is responsible for the order has messed up a lot.

Horrible customer service. Always messing up orders. Always out of products. Absolute worst. Every other Tim Hortons I’ve been to is great/ not this one. So sad and frustrating because I was so excited when they came to our town. Now it’s a joke.
