Feedback gevenI did a mobile order for pick-up at Burger King. The app gives you choices whether you want to pick up through the drive-thru, counter, or dine inside. I chose to pick it up at the counter. I walked in with my 2 kids after I placed the order in the parking lot. I figured we had a few minutes so we sat down at the table to wait. The table we sat at was really dirty and so were a couple nearby. We didn't plan on dining in we just wanted to wait for our food. I figured I had just ordered it so it would take some time. A lady approached us who seemed to be a worker on her break. She kinda snapped at me for not checking if my order was done when I first walked in. Mind you the app said when the order is done it would be placed on the counter. So I kept an eye on the counter to see if our food would be set up there. It was not. The worker went and asked the workers behind the counter if my order was ready and they seemed upset and pulled it from the drive-thru area. There were maybe 2 other customers in there so we weren't taking a table from somebody in need we were just waiting to see our order go on the counter where we could see it. I felt she didn't need to be so upset or come off as scolding me. I did not like the atmosphere of this location.
Quick service and courteous employees. Food is hot and fresh.
So we pulled up to the drive trying to order some food and the person on the machine was acting up for no reason like they on they period and it was a dude, we tried to order the #1 and said we had a coupon but they was saying they couldn't do that like they was just having an attitude for no reason that's why yall there at burger King fr
They need to unlock the restroomsNot to lock them its important for customers to use. Thanks,
My roommate was just just delivered a still-pink, and undercooked cold whopper from this location. He didn't even bother to take a picture, because of how disgusting it looked, and I do not blame him.Have fun during food inspection.
