Feedback gevenAll the employees in Chic-fil-A's drive-thru seemed to be working hard in tonight's rain, but Jesse stood out the most. Despite getting wet, he was very accommodating, and he provided me with world-class service. He's definitely an asset to the organization.
We love dining in at this Chick-fil-A! The employees are so helpful, courteous, and happy and you can feel it in the service they provide. We always leave satisfied and in a good mood. Great job!
Absolutely the best chick-fil-a we've been to Yulisa took our order AT OUR TABLE! She was on top of it great service! They were all extremely nice and made sure we had everything we needed. Super clean. And the best of all they have a gluten free bun wich is awesome since I have an allergy. Gluten free grilled sandwich Absolutely made my day!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free bun, grilled chicken with no breading.
Went through the drive thru. Paid $50 for breakfast, only to get home and have two meals missing!!!!!! I understand people make mistakes, but it is their job to put all the food you paid for in the bag. I call chick FIL a and got no answer the first three times, couldn't leave a message because the voicemail box was not set up, really chick FIL a. A big food chain that doesn't have their vm box set up? I finally reached the customer service, told them I want my money back for the food they didn't give me. Oh sure, it will take up to five business days. Get it together chick fil a and give your customers better service and make your managers more available to take calls!!!!! I spend too much money at your location for you to provide poor service!
First Chick-fil-A I've been to that takes your order at the table. It was nice ? Breakfast was tasty. I had the BEC biscuit, hash browns and lemonade. Service was great! ? Got a refill for my lemonade. Would stop by again.
