Great American Cookies - Buda

Ordered a cookie cake for pickup at 1pm, was told upon arrival that the employees were locked out and their manager wouldn’t arrive until 2:30. We return at 2:30 and still had to wait 30 minutes for the cookie cake to be ready. It was not even to my specified ordered but zero refund or compensation was given. Was told that only the manager can issue the refund and it would possibly be for 10% plus the $5 up charge for m&ms that we did not receive for our cookie cake. We will be returning tomorrow to discuss with the manager who didn’t bother to stay on site to help her team catch up on the 10+ cookie cake orders that were hours behind.

It would be great if you updated your hours online. Online says you close at 9 but when I drive to your location it was closed by 8. I'm pregnant and want cookies!!

Never open when we stop by. It says closed on Mondays on their sign, but not online. Says they're open on both other times and were still closed. Should've gave up sooner but the fifth time was the charm. Selection was very limited for the cookies and they weren't that great.

The two girls working tonight were wonderful in helping me choose an ice cream and dessert. I wasn't sure what to order but they were very helpful. The environment of the restaurant was also great!

Person working there did not have a mask on and her hair was all over the place, kept sweeping it back out of her face over the mixing of ice cream with reeces. Not very clean.
