Feedback gevenOn Saturday at 19:00 clock was drawn in, it was said that they did not have any sharp offers, so I said regularly was in order and ordered a sprit for a drink. All that my food was cold, except the kekshexe was half warm. and the prite gave it to me only in the ground only evil sour water. I hate to leave bad reviews, but that was just ridiculous. there was not even a reception to go back and try to get my money back if I wanted.
I had been going to this Popeyes location because the lines are never long. There are two reasons for this. First, it is a pain to find the entrance to this place. Secondly, the service is always sub par. My kid decided he wanted a Chicken Sandwich. I pull up the speaker. There are no cars in the drive through. Silence. I wait a few minutes, thinking maybe they do not realize someone is waiting. Still silence. I finally spoke up, Hello The young girl comes up the speaker and never apologizes for the wait. You can hear in the tone of her voice she does not want to be there. She never asks if I want anything else. I have to give her both orders and she quickly tells me the order total and to pull up. I pull up to the window and she is still giving me attitude like this the last place she wants to be. She takes my credit card and I comment in a sarcastic tone to my kid, Wow.. She is really friendly The only good thing about this place is I got my food quickly. There was another car who had to pull up and wait for his food. I did risk it by not checking my order when the woman tossed me my bag. Luckily, the order was right.I get home and the tenders are small and cold. The red beans and rice was ok, but a little on the salty side. The chicken sandwiches were also cold and bland. Come on Popeyes. You need to step it up a notch. I stopped going to your Kyle location because the drive through is a nightmare and their service is just as bad as the Buda location. This is not the first time I have gone to this location and received lackluster service.
Bad experience. First of all, only 1 person was working!! Picked up my food from him then had to drive back because my order was missing some chicken. When I came back they had more workers but refuse to acknowledge me at the door. Finally, one came to the door and ask why I wouldn’t go through drive thru. I told him the vehicle I was in wouldn’t clear the clearance pipe in which he let me in to talk to someone not in uniform. I’m guessing she was the manager. I explained I didn’t get my full order. She was nice about it and told a worker to get it for me. He gave me my 14 piece chicken and I asked for my rolls that come with the family deal and he said I didn’t order rolls so I don’t get any. Had to explain to him it comes with the family meal plan. He then ask why I didn’t check my order before I left ……. Should I have asked why my order was not right the first time ?
Never again will I go to this place!!! My wife ordered online and when I came to pick it up they gave it to someone else. Told them that was impossible because I was picking it up. The lady then told me that the person showed them the number. I was like no because I have it. She still said they gave it. Said how they were going to fix it since they gave it to the WRONG person. She then told me to dispute it on the app. Told her how if we already paid for it. She said she didn’t know. Instead of making it right and saying they made a mistake or something they said you figure it out. Horrible customer service!
Wow time for new employees! Didn't this place just open? I asked for a number two combo meal two piece chicken with a side and a drink and the girl at the front is going to argue with me saying that drink does not come with a combo meal. It's right there in the drive thru, it even says it on the sign inside. On top of that the chicken was cold and stale and the mashed potatoes had a very strange taste too bad I couldn't wash it down with my imaginary drink. Is there a way to give this place a zero star!??
