La Donuteria - Budapest

I don’t think I’ve found better donuts than these. There’s a lot of different vegan flavors, dough is soft and fluffy, frosting and filling can be a bit too sweet, but I didn’t mind too much. I would go back to Hungary for these donuts.

It isn't easy to find vegan donuts, especially here in Budapest, so I was happy to learn about this place, and have visited them several times since they opened. The place has a central location and the interior looks very cute and thoughtfully put together. I hever had any issues with the staff. The donuts are huge and very tasty: the dough is just the right texture, it's fluffy, not dry or gummy, and the toppings are added very generously. There are several vegan options to choose from and while they all taste great to me, I can see how they could taste too sweet to those who have less of a sweet tooth. Vegan donuts aren't easy to find, but this place has about half a dozen different ones. Made fresh, artisan-style, excellent
