New York Cafe - Budapest VII. keruelet

I was here last year with my friend. the atmosphere is amazing and gives sense for this time. we were surprised by praises that are appropriate for the location of this status. there were many people in caffe when we came, but a table for us was in ca. 20 minutes found we have ordered apple cake and somloi galuska. Portions are big and nourishing, we even did not manage to eat anything. the desserts are delicious, I strongly recommend to try them the only minus is a large amount of people, which makes difficult to make good photos in such a beautiful place! Eating is well presented, has a variety and taste. Dessert options are less than expected, but are well prepared. the service could improve something, but its presentation is great.

It is recommended to make a reservation in advance before dining at this restaurant.

For me this place its the most beautiful cafeteria of Budapest and the world. You can relax enjoying some instrumental music while you have some breakfast, lunch or dinner. The price of the food is a little bit expensive but the place is worth it. The service of the staff was not the best but I think it is like that because its always full. If you want to go there, you have to make a reservation at least one or two days before.

The restaurant's interior design is exceptional, but we were not impressed with the food. Perhaps we made a mistake in ordering the set menu.
