On our trip to Budapest we discovered this restaurant by chance on the way to the Basilica of St Stephen, located on the street bajcsy zsilinszky út, and we loved first to highlight the variety of dishes that are in the letter and how difficult it is to choose from having everything so good. the solution to this dilemma that can arise to anyone and that arose was undoubtedly the menus offered by the restaurant with a first dish, a second and a dessert to choose from. We order two different menus to try more variety of dishes. our menus were the two traditional Hungarians offered by the restaurant, which certainly was a successful option. of the first dishes I made the golash that I loved and was really tasty in terms of the price, very economical in terms of the amount of food that served, its quality and above all its flavor. the couple with two menus and a bottle of wine we paid about 40€ was so pleasant surprise to discover this wonderful establishment that the next day we returned to eat with a couple of friends who also loved hard but no less important it is worth noting that the restaurant service was wonderful, all the staff was very attentive and friendly with us.
So good! everything was fantastic. I'm really sorry we only had dinner here once. the Goulash soup was delicious (get the spicy paste to go with it) and a small portion, so don't plan to share it. the woman has the filled cauliflower, and it is away in minutes. I had hoped that she would be full and I would let her eat, not that I needed more food; I got the Venison stew and it was perfect. Very good. the personal was also great. Depending on when they go, they may have to wait as there are no tonne seats, so please note. but go.
The type of food and service that can really make your trip. we discussed how good food/drink is halfway. the place is more lively proof. good portions and great traditional Hungarian cuisine to experience.
We had the tourist menu for 15€, which was delicious and included goulash soup, paprika chicken with late zle (not sure what is the exact English equivalent) and sponge cake. Super friendly waitress, even if she was on duty alone in the evening. Very recommended
