Tik Tak Hummus - Budapest

I took my very suspicious non vegan date to this place, and I was kinda embarrassed... I feel bad writing this after all those positive reviews, but I gotta be honest. We got there 2 hours before closing, but even from that small selection only a few or maybe just one? meal were available. The place is small, not so welcoming and cozy... let's say it's not good looking... We tried their hummus plate, of course, which was honestly the best hummus I've ever eaten in my life, served with warm pita, but still, we had to wait soooo much for it... Maybe I'll give it an other chance, go back, and try more of what they're offering, but better think it twice before you go there. Or don't have big expectations like I did.

This small, cozy place, delicious food straight from the heart and the lovely owner made me feel like home in a strange city. Probably the best falafel so far, a hidden gem on Budapest map. I will come back soon! Dziękuję! Köszönöm!

Best Falafel in town! Always fresh and tasty. I usually take the sandwich so i can only rate that but based on that i would totally recommend this place versus ANY other hummus place in Budapest!

I love hummus. I really love hummus, I could (and sometimes do) eat it every day of the week. I was trying different places to find the perfect hummus until I found Tik-Tak. My search is over. 11/10. Best hummus of the universe. I wish I could give 6 stars. I will come back, and thank you!

You can buy here great falafel. The prices are cheap, but the portions aren't that big as well. You have to have patience, it can take a while when you order.
