Wow, just wow! Listen readers, I’m not a Dunkin fan because let’s admit it, they always mess up our orders. Might sound Stereotypical, I know, but this wasn’t a one-time experiment. THIs DUNKIN was absolutely amazing in a sense that they were on time, got the right order, food was warm, and they had an assembly line going and executed orders perfectly. Super happy with my experience here.
Was the ONLY person in the place and they were all too busy talking about the cute guy who left and how long they were married to get my order correct--all wrong. Have given this place a try before because of the convenience--not worth it! No convenience if they cant get a simple coffee order correct!.. Oh and they charged me for the correct order, just too lazy to do their jobs correctly.
My husband and I went in for 2 cold drinks,found the place very dirty,had no straws or napkins available, had to ask for them,the washrooms were blocked off,always though if you are serving food and drinks bathroom had to be available. Will not be going back there,someone needs to learn how to clean and keep it clean.
The staff always seem to be in a hurry, and when placing our order, they don't apologize for any confusion. Instead, they start conversing with their colleagues in a foreign language while taking our order. I was a bit taken aback that if I had paid the girl at the register for the drinks and had reminded her about our order, she wouldn't have made that mistake. A little courtesy can make a big difference. It would really help if they paid more attention to their customers instead of getting distracted by other conversations—this could prevent mix-ups and improve the overall experience.
