Emjays Coffee - Buderim

The restaurant has polite and friendly staff, a modern and clean facility. The food is fresh, the portions are reasonable, and very tasty. The place is always busy, especially during breakfast and lunchtime, so it's recommended to pay in advance to book a table. The only downside is the birds that often come inside, it would be helpful if the restaurant had spray bottles of water on the tables to shoo them away.

The vegan burgers at emjays are incredible. highly recommended. very generous. could not be guilty. great location with views of the kawanasee and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

I frequently visit Emjay’s Birtinya for lunch and normally my experience is fine. Today however was a completely different story. I ordered the chicken burger and the chicken tasted sour and off. Working in the industry I understand that things happen so I politely went...to the counter and asked to swap for another item from the menu. The lovely girls at the front were accomodating and I thought all was sorted. Next thing the owner comes out and essentially tells me he doesn’t believe the chicken taste funny and proceeds to argue with me about it. I am disgusted with how I was treated by this man while I was just trying to enjoy a nice lunch with my sister. I will never go back and I will absolutely never recommend this place to anyone. No one deserves to be spoken in the way I was while dining here. The whole situation was extremely uncomfortable and unnecessary.

Went for breakfast after a early appointment. Easy parking nearby. Friendly staff, great seating outside with nice view. Ordered omelettes, Great choice of fillings. Huge serve, very tasty, struggled to finish. We will be back.

Poor service but nice location Tried it a couple of times and have given up due to the poor service. It’s a nice spot but the staff need to lift their game
