Fish and Chippery - Buderim

The restaurant is too expensive. The fish was good, but the chips were terrible - soggy and half-cooked. I won't be returning. It's a shame because the fish was good.

Today my family and I decided to eat something. we ordered $60 foods, the most expensive terrible meal we've ever had. we ordered calamari, a piece of crumb fish, some chicken teeth and chips. first the chicken tenders had blue plastic in the middle when I cut into it, fortunately I cut it into it before my daughter immersed in it. they were not very nice at all. second, the fish tasted like leather and the crumbs were on the side in the container and not even on the fish. the chips were the worst we ever had. they were known as if they had not been properly cooked and as if they were day old chips. my mother could not wait to come to home and spend the rest of the day on the toilet. that was the most terrible experience and we would never eat here again. I'm surprised people are still eating here.

That was a terrible choice! the family package consisted of 4 pieces of crumb fish, potato calves, kalamari and chips. the overcrowded crumb fish pieces on the first sight looked like big fish pieces, but once split up, there was a small piece of...shrivelled upwards non-descripting fish in a large hollow crumb pocket. we could not say what kind of fish this was, but on texture, definitiw very cheap quality. yes, a family package is perceived as better value for the consumer, but the sale of a low quality product will not benefit anyone. sooo disappointed. chips were in order, we have eaten a lot better frits in caloundra. would not recommend the family package.

We tried the dory, shrimp, and salt and pepper calamari. Everything was delicious! The breaded dory fillets were a good size and the shrimp was perfectly cooked!

This is the first time my wife and I have attended this fish and chip shop, we were very impressed with the service, with the shop and how clean it was. We loved the fish and chips and loved the calamari too, highly recommend. Prices...are very good and we will definitely return to this shop again soon.
