7-eleven - Buena Park

They are exceptionally clean, as far as this store continues to appear completely new inside. The shelves are always well equipped. Your offers will always be clearly updated immediately. The employees are all excellent and well trained. They all always know all the procedures in each of the services 7/11 offers as well as go over and over their job description With a real smile on their faces. Staff are always friendly and helpful and patient! Whomever makes the setting and training for this store should be the customer service/service industry standard and example nationwide. If I had a complaint, it would be the parking lot and that's not the 7/11 error, it's the architect's fault.

Steve and the rest of the crew are some of the nicest people we meet, they welcome us almost every day because my sons play football to us to go to fill their containers with Gatorade Monday thru Saturday.. But there is this an evil lady who works in the early morning 4 o'clock shift, which is very rude to leave a sick just that. Best 4-11 in the OC....

Great and clean location. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful, there are only a few who do not want to acknowledge or be helpful in any way. Thank you.

I write this review to show my gratitude and appreciation on 7eleven at 8761 Knot Ave. in Buena Park, California. I had a problem and I spoke my opinion about an iron employee. After my confrontation I went in and spoke to a man named Sam and he assured me that it would never happen again. When we talked, the employee came to the store. Sam questioned him and he confirmed the confrontation. Sam then explained to him that he should never have an argument with the customers and especially with me because I am now regularly for three tears. The employee has apologised and now the problem has become an achievement. I would like to praise Sam for his professionalism and assure him that I will always be her customer. This type of customer service is rare nowadays. Thank you. Sam, for your concern. A very satisfied customer.
