Some items do take awhile to get but very good churros and ice cream as well

What 's the best way to destroy your business? Never be open! Located inside the Downtown Buena Park Mall, I had come here twice before only to find them closed even though their business hours indicated they should be open. Today I came once again, five hours after they supposedly opened, only to find the place shuttered. I definitely won 't be back as I 've got better things to do than waste my time. I went to the mall information kiosk and asked what Churroholic 's hours were. She shook her head and said 'Who knows? They open whenever they feel like it. Every single day they have different hours. ' Random hours is a concept I doubt will benefit them. A Yelp search shows most Churroholic locations have closed. My money is on this location not being far behind.

2 churros on an ice cream. Waited 30mins plus. Need i say more? Not coming back here again.

I had such a horrible experience here that I needed to warn others. I ordered 3 milkshakes and two churros with ice cream for my kiddos. I waited over 40 minutes for my milk shakes and at 30 minutes I was fed up and went to speak to the manager and get a refund. after speaking with the store owner and bringing the situation to the store owner she was extremely rude, disrespectful, dismissive and just kept making excuses for the horrible service and not refunding my money for having me wait over 30 minutes for my milkshakes and churros, I will be contacting the BBB. I payed for a service that was unsatisfactory and will be filing a complaint. Not only did I wait over 40 minutes my order came out at different times so I wasn’t even able to enjoy my milkshake with my kiddos. And then they forgot some of my order. They’re was no apologies or accountability from the store owner. I’m not the only one who had lengthy wait times or incorrect orders. The family in front of me was back and forth a few times and didn’t get their order fur filled until my son got his ice cream/churro.
