Gob Chang - Buena Park

I ate special dish, tripe, and daechang assorted M.It had no smell and was quite delicious. Personally, I found the tripe and daechang to be much more delicious than the special lamb, and next time I eat it, I will try makchang instead of the special lamb. Since it was cooked in the kitchen and served, there was no smoke, oil, or cooking smell, so it was very pleasant to eat. The owner is very kind. I ate well.

I went here last week and really enjoyed the gopchang as well as the pork belly. I originally did not eat the gopchang with *all* the sides bc there were a few I liked more, but the owner came over and recommended I try them together. Surprisingly, they all paired together very well. I also looooved the kimchi cold noodles 김치말이국수 and will be coming back for those. For the yukhae/raw beef 육회 , apparently they use a more special part of the cow than other restaurants so it was very delicious and high-quality. I also to-goed the kimchi jjigae and that was even better the next day.

We were coming to visit Orange County and craved some gopchang and picked this place because it was nearby. Best choice we had made! Place was clean and had a nice atmosphere. The person that took our order was very kind and gave us recommendations when we had trouble choosing. I would recommend the medium set for a group of 3-4 if you are not big eaters! Overall we had a really nice experience with the food and service. Would recommend getting cheese fondue and absolutely loved the steam egg!

Taste quality food with reasonable price. Serving is kind and fill the side dishes when needed. Great dinning experience.
