Feedback gevenI ordered a caramel frappe with extra caramel and extra whipped cream, but I received a plain caramel frappe that had very little caramel and was only lightly sweetened. This was the second time I ordered it and got the same disappointing result. I didn’t enjoy it.
I stopped by to grab coffees and act throb the drive through. It was surprisingly really fast. I ordered 3 frapps. And a vector ice coffee. They were all on point. A young lady named Merg helped me. I absolutely loved her and so did my grandson. He loves mickey mouse and so does she. She was talking to him (he's 2) about mickey while we waited for our drinks and bacon bites. She even drew a mickey mouse on his water cup!! I will definitely be back! She was awesome! Thanks Merg and all the baristas. I hope you have a wonderful weekend! I use to work at Starbucks so I know how hard they work.
Every single charging port is inaccessible. Plenty of seating though. And staff seemed good. But no where to plug in your laptop or phone or iPad : please put a sign on the door that lets people know they will not have the option to charge their devices as my laptop is dead and have to find another location
It was my First time using my mobile ???? app to order ahead.. It was the most pleasant experience I've had in a while... My drinks were sitting ready and waiting for me to get there... I will say it didn't take them very long to fulfill my order soo my drinks were sitting for a little bit ???? (totally my fault)... Next time I'll order when I'm a little closer to the store... Excellent service ????????????????... .. . Definite Go to Drinks- Venti Iced ???? Caramel Macchitto and either Venti Dragon ???? Drink ???? or the Pink ???? Drink... .. . They are Must Haves ????????... .. .!!!
Server at the window said she felt I was ?accusing? her of being at fault for their card reader being down?.because I made the remark that this was the 2nd Starbucks in as many days with the same problem. I think she got offended because I didn?t feel comfortable handing over my unlocked phone for her to take to the front counter to scan. Not customer friendly
