Capriatti - Buenos Aires

On a visit to good air, my wife and I stopped at capriatti for lunch. is located in the theatre district. We order a pizza and medium drinks. Cheese pizza was very good. the establishment is very clean and the service is excellent, polite and attentive. If I return to good air, I wouldn't hesitate to return to capriatti for lunch or dinner.

While in good air we ate twice in capriatti, an Italian restaurant in avenida streams. The food was excellent. the food began with a basket of three different breads: baguette, onion focaccia and wheat rolls. order the olive oil and the balsamic vinegar for the bread. We choose to have the homemade pastas. on one occasion we had raviolis with ricotta and a cheese and spaghetti sauce with four cheese sauce. In another visit, we have cannoli with vegetables (actually, it was just spinach and onions and, while the amount of spinach was almost overwhelming, they still knew great). the only part of the food we didn't enjoy was the grated cheese, it came in individual packages, plastic and it wasn't fresh or tasty. Sometimes the service was very slow and we had to order items like ice and pepper several times. In one of the meals, we had ordered fries (fried potatoes), but they never came, at least they did not charge us for them. There is a service charge in the food, but this is not the tip, as waiters will remind you that the tip is not included in the bill.

This is one of the few places around novotel / ibis, which has a menu in English (you have to ask) and waiters that can understand English. We had a pizza and a empanada, and although we explicitly asked that the small cheese the pizza in typical Argentine style had so much cheese that we had taken a dish of cheese. The bark was thin. Although not good, pizza was better than in the nearby warrin. They have a service charge A15 per person so we got slices of pita bread with onion and cheese that was actually better than pizza. the service was fine, they accepted cash for 12 pesos.

I only know that although the menus are specified in English, the waiters do not speak or understand. said this, the food is excellent here. wine is good. value is exceptional. steak is often the best option in ba and does not disappoint here.

In general: if you want a good functioning of this place. this should definitely not hear the Italian restaurant in the name. call this Italian restaurant an insult and a shame. service: the team is always ready for help, but they are not Portuguese or English speakers. food: pasta and sauces are sold individually, so you need to buy both. the food cooled and the "homemade paste" is the same purchase in supermarket.How much it costs: we spend 380 ars (and my good humor), is the best way to spend money with bad food.
