We walked and it was hot. We saw the restaurant and decided to eat lunch. Waitress spoke very little English, but we could communicate and had a good meal. Very big portions. We sat near the kitchen and watched what happened. It seemed like the owner agreed to every plate that came out. Recommend this place
I recommend this place for breakfast! It is more expensive than other places (but opened during holidays, so we went there). Portions are small, scrambled eggs were sooo salty that we could not eat it, coffee is also not good. The staff can't... Speak English (but it is not unusual in Argentina), although the menu is not translated correctly in English, which can be misleading while ordering, bcs do not get what you ordered. The place itself is quite old-fashioned, but not in a beautiful way.
This was a place where we came out of the rain, the staff was helpful and pleasant, the meal, the chicken for me and pasta for my wife was sufficient, large portions, but it lacked culinary masterpiece, fair meal for the price.
First time visiting Buenos Aires, I was told by family to have a steak. Looking around we found this lovely little restaurant which proved to be unbelievable. Our waitress was a bubbly girl whose name I never got but she was fabulous. When our food...arrived I have never had such a fantastic steak as was the rest of the meal. My husband, as well as I our friends who had joined us were really impressed with the meal. As for dessert, the tiramisu was also fantastic. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a fabulous meal.
